DINK Eyewear Shipping Policy

At DINK, we’re committed to delivering your eyewear promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on domestic and international shipping.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States. 

Estimated Delivery Times (after order date)

  • Prescription Orders: 12-15 business days

  • Non-Prescription Orders: 3–5 business days

Order Processing

  • Handling Time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. (Handling time is in addition to shipping time.)

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (local time) on business days begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM begin processing the next business day.

Returns (U.S.)

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Restocking Fee + Return Shipping

If you return products, a $10.00 restocking fee for Shield returns and a $20 restocking fee per pair applies, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

International Shipping

Canada

We ship to Canada.

DHL International Shipping (Select Countries)

We ship via DHL to: Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, United Kingdom.

Estimated Delivery Times

International delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks from the shipment date.

International Returns

30-Day Return Policy

International customers may return products within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee + Return Shipping

A $10 resticking fee for Shield returns $20 restocking fee per pair applies, and DINK does not cover return shipping costs.
